超聲波水口分離機工作原理及優(yōu)點

鋅合金超聲波除水口分離機器是利用超聲波工藝進行切水口的，超聲波除水口分離屬于超聲波焊接應用之一，超聲波除水口分離效果良好，適合用15K 2600W超聲波設備進行焊接。

工作原理:

　1.利用超聲波原理將壓鑄好的金屬件震落.

　2.震落的金屬件光滑、無毛刺.

　3.用于鋅合金、鎂合金、鋁合金等金屬壓鑄件；亞克力鉆、苯料鉆、樹脂鉆、PC,AB鉆等相關(guān)塑膠件的切割去水口加工，每次去水口在0.5-1S時間內(nèi)完成，整版的材料只需1-2次就可切割完成，切割下來的工件表面光滑、無毛邊.
