Excellent Balance

Dynamic balancer reserves upper die weight to eliminate the inertia produced by reciprocation. Vibration can be reduced to the extreme low level.

Crank Supporting

2 bearings and 2 brass bushings are applied to get smaller clearance and resist wear through years.

Guiding System

Plunger isolates slide from angular front-to-back movement of connection. Dual guide post symmetrically absorbs sideward thrust during stamping. Casting guide hole in frame enhances the strength of guiding system. Static pressure design is applied at plunger & guide posts to keep verticality and non-wearout throughout years.

Reduce Deflection During Stamping

Gap enclosure design helps to decrease deformation and increase die service life.

B.D.C. Test

Dynamic Accuracy Test

Not only JIS static accuracy checked but dynamic accuracy tests are also our standard procedures.

Start Running at Constant Speed

Press starts cotinuous running. The maximum gap is 0.1mm.
The B.D.C. keeps stable after 30 minutes during running continuously.

Running at Stable Temp. & Constant Speed

After press temp. keeps stable, press keeps running and record the B.D.C positions of 1,000 stamping. The maximum gap is ± 0.005mm
