Gear Profile Grinding Machine

PG系列齒輪成形數(shù)控磨齒機(jī)，運(yùn)用成形砂輪磨齒的原理，磨削各種直齒輪，斜齒輪。工件旋轉(zhuǎn)和分度軸采用直驅(qū)電機(jī)，不僅精度高，效率高，而且*消除了機(jī)械傳動(dòng)磨損和反向間隙。當(dāng)加工存在軸肩干涉可能性的雙聯(lián)齒輪時(shí)，機(jī)床可使用Φ50mm的小砂輪磨削，具有良好的可達(dá)性。采用伺服尾座，可調(diào)節(jié)頂緊力的大小，有效抑制軸齒輪的變形。

PG series CNC gear profile grinding machine, with forming grinding wheel, is excellent

to grind kinds of spur gears and helix gears. The index and rotating function is based

on direct-driving technology, without mechanical transmission erro, to ensure high

grinding precision under high efficiency. For grinding the shaft gear with interference

possibility, it is able to select small wheels. The tailstock is driven by CNC servo motor,

easily to adjust the best tightening force to restrain shaft gear deformation.
