PG系列齒輪成形數(shù)控磨齒機，運用成形砂輪磨齒的原理，可磨削各種圓柱齒輪； 機床工件旋轉和分度軸采用直驅電機， 不僅精度高，效率高，而且*消除了機械磨損和反向間隙。當加工存在軸肩干涉的雙聯(lián)齒輪時，機床可使用Φ50mm的小砂輪磨削，具有良好的可達性。機床伺服尾座由手輪或者腳踏板控制，可以移動到不同位置依然保持精度，不需要重新校正的同心度， 方便切換不同長短的工件； 還可調節(jié)頂緊力的大小，有效抑制軸齒輪的變形
PG series CNC gear profile grinding machine, with forming grinding wheel, is excellent to grind kinds of spur gears and helix gears. The index and rotating function is based on direct-driving technology, without mechanical transmission erro, to ensure high grinding precision under high efficiency. For grinding the shaft gear with interference possibility, it is able to select small wheels. The tailstock is driven by
CNC servo motor, easily to adjust the best tightening force to restrain shaft gear deformation.
