Diamond slurry is widely used for polishing and lapping a variety of materials, such as LED substrate, SiC wafer, IC chip, fine ceramic, optical glass, gem, metal and cemented carbide. The process could produce good surface quality at high efficiency, during which heat is dissipated quickly. The slurry is easy to clean and contains no poisonous materials and it complies with RoSH standard.
