該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)為中板開(kāi)卷校平生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的升級(jí)機(jī)型。鋼廠(chǎng)不斷推出厚度更大、板幅更寬的鋼卷產(chǎn)品。為了適應(yīng)其開(kāi)平需要，本公司特別設(shè)計(jì)、制造出該系列產(chǎn)品。并且隨時(shí)根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求，調(diào)整設(shè)計(jì)方案。壓印部分采用鋼板焊接而成，跨越開(kāi)卷機(jī)、與夾送初校機(jī)相連的四柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)壓引機(jī)構(gòu)，配置強(qiáng)力鏟頭，液壓移動(dòng)式直頭、壓引膠輥，大型校平、剪切設(shè)備。用于對(duì)較厚的金屬卷材進(jìn)行整平、分切。配置雙頭切邊機(jī)、邊絲收卷機(jī)即可獲得高品質(zhì)的四切邊板材
