YHDM580B/1高精度數(shù)控立式雙端面磨床主要用途 Main purpose

本機床可對硬、脆、薄形非金屬零件（玻璃、陶瓷片等）的雙端面進(jìn)行高效精密磨削加工，亦可精密磨削金屬薄形精密零件（軸承、閥片、硬質(zhì)合金刀片、密封件、油泵葉片、活塞環(huán)等）的上、下兩平行平面。

It can process and grind double ending-surface for non-metal parts(glass,ceramics etc) which are featured by hard,brittle,thin in high-efficiency and precision,also precisely grind two up & low parallel surfaces for metal thin precision parts(bearing,valve plate,seal,oil pump vane,piston ring etc).

1.基于硬、脆、薄非金屬零件高效精密減薄新工藝而系統(tǒng)定向開發(fā)的磨床，兼容了YHDM580B雙端面磨床的功能。

2.采用西門子808D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，人機界面更加優(yōu)化。

3.采用馬波斯在線檢測技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)對被磨工件尺寸的在線閉環(huán)精密控制。

4.可采用金剛石砂輪/CBN砂輪/金剛石研磨墊實現(xiàn)高效、高質(zhì)磨削。

5.適用于金剛石砂輪/CBN砂輪/金剛石研磨墊的高效修整裝置與工藝。

6.磨頭進(jìn)給采用高精密滾珠絲桿副（號：ZL200520050915.X），進(jìn)給精密達(dá)0.001mm。

7.圓盤送料機構(gòu)采用伺服電機驅(qū)動，傳動平穩(wěn)，實現(xiàn)1～10 r/min無級調(diào)速；

8.采用鉸鏈?zhǔn)綀A盤送料機構(gòu)（號：ZL200820052659.1），開啟靈活，更換和修整砂輪以及磨削區(qū)域的維護(hù)便捷。

9.配套使用適用于薄形易脆零件的自動上下料裝置，可構(gòu)建自動化生產(chǎn)線。
