※由于中空內(nèi)冷主軸的冷卻液是從刀具上噴出的,能夠直接作用在工件上和刀具的切削部位,冷卻效果要優(yōu)于普通主軸,使加工件的表面質(zhì)量更好,外冷卻由于受刀具旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力的影響冷卻液大部份被刀具甩出因此冷卻效果不佳。
