特點(diǎn)：		features:
● 本機(jī)床的鑄件均采用樹脂沙鑄件，且經(jīng)過兩次人工時(shí)效處理，穩(wěn)定性好，強(qiáng)度高，各項(xiàng)精度穩(wěn)定可靠。 ●本機(jī)床x、y、z三向線性導(dǎo)軌及滾珠絲桿均采用專業(yè)配套廠商提供的高精度產(chǎn)品，三軸滾珠絲桿均進(jìn)行預(yù)拉伸。 ● 軸承均采用日本進(jìn)口nsk配對(duì)組合的滾珠絲桿軸承。 ● 采用進(jìn)口連軸器與進(jìn)給伺服電機(jī)相連，傳動(dòng)剛性強(qiáng)，精度穩(wěn)定可靠。 ●滑鞍、工作臺(tái)、主軸箱均由線性導(dǎo)軌支撐，從而減小摩擦力，消除了進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)的爬行，提高了機(jī)床的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度。 ● 機(jī)床的潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)均采用定時(shí)、定量自動(dòng)集中供油潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，可確保任一潤(rùn)滑部位得到充分潤(rùn)滑。適用范圍：本機(jī)床整機(jī)剛性好，操作方便靈活，高速高效，可使用“小*”在金屬材料上加工文字、圖案、復(fù)雜曲面、藝術(shù)浮雕等零件，也是您加工電極、小型精密工件、薄壁件的的助手。。		●the machine casting uses made of high intensity cast iron form resin mould, and artificial aging treatment for 2 times，good stability, high intensity ,and each precision is reliable. ● the ball screws and line guide with three axis uses the high precision products and the ball screws is pretensioning. ●the angular contact thrust ball bearing for ball screw support by nsk from japan. ● use imported coupling connected servo motor, good transmission performance and precision is reliable. ● the sliding base, table, spindle box assembled with line guide. accordingly decrease friction, eliminate feed creeping and enhances the movement performance. ●the machine lubrication system is fixed time and quota for the auto-support oil lubrication system, and can make sure get enough lubrication each position. use domain： the machine is high intensity; operate convenience, high speed and great efficiency. use “small tool” to machining text, design, complicated surface, art- surface etc on the metal. it is your good helper of machining electrode, small exact work piece and thin wall work piece.
