本設備采用輥道或平車輸送，載重10t，工件雙向出入，大大提高工作效率。采用日本原裝變頻器調(diào)整，調(diào)整范圍0.6-6m/min。清理室內(nèi)采用高絡耐磨鑄扳防護，實用壽命長，工件出入口處均采用耐磨橡膠防護。主要用于清理h型鋼、鋼板、型鋼管道、鍋爐表面的鐵銹、氧化皮、焊渣等，改變其表面的粗糙度，提高尤其的附著力，延長涂層的壽命。

this equipment uses shory roller extension or table-cart for carrying, the capacity of that shall be 10-ton. the working piece shall be dual way check-in and out, which greatly promotes the job efficiency. the adjustment is carried out via japan imported transducer; the range of adjustment shall be 0.6-6m/min. the clearing chamber is lined with high chromium content forged plate, so as to prolong the working life; the entrance and exit for working pieces are protected by wearing-durable rubber parts. the main use of such a machine is applied for clearing l-beam, shaped steel, shaped steel pipes and surfaces of boilers, so as to clear away rusts, oxidized coats, slag and ect, so as to modify relevant surface roughness and promote the adhering force for paintes, and prolong the life of the coat.
