該機(jī)床主要為油田管螺紋的車削而開發(fā)，且適合于各類管螺紋的車削。還可作普通數(shù)控車床使用，適宜加工形狀復(fù)雜的軸、套、盤類零件。如車削內(nèi)外圓柱面、內(nèi)外圓錐面、圓弧面、端面、切槽、倒角、車螺紋等，尤其適合多品種、中小批量的輪番加工，工藝適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，加工效率高，廢品率低，成品*性好，可降低對(duì)工人技術(shù)熟練程度的要求。編程容易，操作簡(jiǎn)單，是理想的大型機(jī)械加工設(shè)備。
QKA-series CNC pipe thread lathes were developed mainly for the turning of oil-field pipe threads. But now they are also used to the turning of pipe threads of various kinds, e.g. cylindrical and conical threads, threads connected continuously one another, and end-face threads as well, and they can also be used as universal CNC lathes for the turning of circumgyration bodies of various curving generatrices.
