一、結(jié)構(gòu)原理 First, the structural principle
常開型—在工作狀態(tài)中電磁閥處于開啟狀態(tài)，線圈不帶電，當(dāng)發(fā)生燃?xì)庑孤稌r(shí)，電磁閥瞬間通電切斷氣源，但必須在險(xiǎn)情排除后，由人工打開電磁閥。常閉型—在工作狀態(tài)中電磁閥處于開啟狀態(tài)，線圈處于帶電狀態(tài)，將信號線輸入DC24V電源信號（綜色為+；藍(lán)色為—），信號燈不亮，閥門處于開啟狀態(tài)。當(dāng)發(fā)生燃?xì)庑孤稌r(shí)，電磁閥瞬間斷電切斷氣源，此時(shí)，信號燈亮，黑色（+）與棕色（—）線將輸出一個(gè)DC24V電源信號。開啟時(shí)，先將手動裝置提到位（提不動為止），再通上電源,再放手即可。缺點(diǎn)為停電情況時(shí)電磁閥不能打開。

三、進(jìn)口帶信號反饋電磁閥安裝保養(yǎng) The imports with signal feedback solenoid valve installation and maintenance
1、安裝時(shí)電磁閥線圈向上，并保持垂直位置，電磁閥上箭頭應(yīng)與管道流向*。

2、電磁閥應(yīng)保證在電源電壓為額定電壓的15%-10%波動范圍內(nèi)正常工作。

5、管道必須清洗干凈。建議在閥前安裝過濾器，蒸汽管道安裝疏水閥。

6、不能將閥安裝在管道的低凹處，以免因蒸汽冷凝水沉淀在閥內(nèi)而防礙動作。

7、管道中不得有反向壓差。并需通電數(shù)次，使之適溫后方可正式投入使用。
