sfm-ls8系列書空車床的結(jié)構(gòu)特點
該系列書空車床系列按照流行的斜床身結(jié)構(gòu)需要設(shè)計。與原來斜床身結(jié)構(gòu)有所不同。具有新思路、新起點、有新的發(fā)展。形成新的斜床身數(shù)控車床系列，起特點如下：
1、 底座床身一體化結(jié)構(gòu)，后傾30度，整體剛性高，對關(guān)鍵部位提高了固有頻率，可獲得*加工精度。
2、 導(dǎo)軌副用直線滑動導(dǎo)軌，運動靈活、精度高、為提高抗震性，采用阻尼塊的結(jié)構(gòu)，使運動副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床頭箱設(shè)計采用對稱結(jié)構(gòu)，考慮散熱均勻減小熱變形對精度的影響，使主軸保持穩(wěn)定的工作精度。
4、 主軸精確計算*的支撐距，合理設(shè)計主軸的結(jié)構(gòu)，主軸軸承的預(yù)緊力用工裝和測量儀保證。使主軸系統(tǒng)達(dá)到高精度、高剛度、高速度的要求。
5、 z軸放置在主導(dǎo)軌之間*位置，運動平穩(wěn)，配合良好潤滑和絲桿預(yù)拉伸，確保z軸的加工精度。
