sfm-ls8系列書空車床的結構特點
該系列書空車床系列按照流行的斜床身結構需要設計。與原來斜床身結構有所不同。具有新思路、新起點、有新的發(fā)展。形成新的斜床身數(shù)控車床系列，起特點如下：
1、 底座床身一體化結構，后傾30度，整體剛性高，對關鍵部位提高了固有頻率，可獲得*加工精度。
2、 導軌副用直線滑動導軌，運動靈活、精度高、為提高抗震性，采用阻尼塊的結構，使運動副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床頭箱設計采用對稱結構，考慮散熱均勻減小熱變形對精度的影響，使主軸保持穩(wěn)定的工作精度。
4、 主軸精確計算*的支撐距，合理設計主軸的結構，主軸軸承的預緊力用工裝和測量儀保證。使主軸系統(tǒng)達到高精度、高剛度、高速度的要求。
5、 z軸放置在主導軌之間*位置，運動平穩(wěn)，配合良好潤滑和絲桿預拉伸，確保z軸的加工精度。
6、 高剛性的臥式刀裝置。采用大齒盤定位，定位精度高，夾緊力大。適合各種強力切削。
7、 選用自動對刀裝置。可將刀尖位置數(shù)據(jù)輸入到系統(tǒng)，大大減少對刀換刀的輔助時間，提高工作效率。
8、 采用模塊化的設計，選取多種功能部件，各種數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，滿足不同層次用戶的要求。
9、 采用全封閉防護，三防效果好，造型美觀，色彩適宜，宜人性好，使人有輕松的感覺。
10、冷卻箱獨立放置，減少切削過程對主機的影響。高揚程的冷卻泵,全可以沖走鐵屑，實現(xiàn)冷卻及傾屑的作用。
