用途:拉拔輪胎內(nèi)圈的鋼絲。
輪胎拉絲機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)與原理:該機(jī)由電機(jī)、液壓系統(tǒng)、拉鉤、拉口、機(jī)體等組成,其基本原理為:由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)和油缸,而拉鉤連接于油缸拉桿,由于油泵、油缸的運(yùn)動(dòng)促使拉鉤作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。將輪胎置于拉口,將拉鉤伸出拉口,鉤住輪胎內(nèi)圈鋼絲部位后起動(dòng)按鈕。由于油缸的強(qiáng)大拉力,將鋼絲整條拉出,而胎側(cè)部位由于拉口的作用,促使橡膠撕裂。從而起到順利分離之目的。

1.輪胎鋼絲拉出機(jī)
1.1功能與原理:
功能:在常溫下將輪胎胎唇內(nèi)的兩股鋼絲拉出,其主要目的是為輪胎破碎做后續(xù)流程工作的準(zhǔn)備,并提高輪胎破碎回收效率。
工作原理:電機(jī)帶動(dòng)油泵高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),提供高壓油,由此推動(dòng)油缸活塞桿做伸出和縮回的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),并帶動(dòng)活塞桿端所連接拉鉤將輪胎胎唇內(nèi)的鋼絲強(qiáng)行拉出。1.2主要技術(shù)參數(shù)

1.4具體生產(chǎn)操作
步驟如下:
*步:(開啟電源)→啟動(dòng)油泵。
第二步:1#油缸*伸出,放置輪胎;2#油缸活塞桿(拉鉤)伸出至t位置(見圖A1-A2)。
第三步:縮回1#油缸,調(diào)整輪胎至h位置。再次伸出2#油缸活塞桿(拉鉤),使之進(jìn)入輪胎內(nèi)腔并勾住胎緣部位。(見圖B1-B2)
第四步:縮回2#油缸活塞桿(拉鉤),直至將輪胎內(nèi)鋼絲*拉出。(見圖C1-C2)
如上圖示:已將輪胎一個(gè)面的鋼絲拉出,另一面只需將輪胎調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)過來之后,重復(fù)以上步驟即可!
1.5 設(shè)備安全維護(hù)與常見故障處理
1.5.1安全維護(hù)
1)在使用機(jī)器之前,首先應(yīng)檢查電源電壓是否和電動(dòng)機(jī)所規(guī)定輸入電壓相符合。本機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)使用電壓及頻率為三相200V 50HZ。電氣連接由專業(yè)人員完成,確保無差錯(cuò)。
2)為保證安全,必須采用有接地線的三芯電源線,本機(jī)已做設(shè)計(jì)安裝,嚴(yán)禁擅自更換。
3)操作過程中人員注意安全防護(hù),操作者必須佩戴手套,防止輪胎外裸露鋼絲劃傷。

注意:本機(jī)使用GB 7631.2-87 HM-46抗磨、防銹及抗氧化型液壓油,應(yīng)用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃。按正常生產(chǎn)每天8小時(shí)計(jì)算,在連續(xù)使用3500-4000小時(shí)后,應(yīng)當(dāng)檢查并適當(dāng)添加或更換液壓油。更換其它類型油品,需在使用前*清洗原液壓油箱,清除剩油、廢油及沉淀物。不可與其他油品參雜混合使用。

1.5.1 Maintenance
1. Check whether the power voltage and the motor voltage are in accordance. The machine is designed in 200V, 3 phase,50HZ. The electric wiring connection should be completed by qualified electrician.
2. For safety, please apply three-core cable with earth lead. Never change the wiring design of the machine.
3. To prevent human injure, please wear the glove in case of cutting injury.

Attention:
1. The machine adopts GB 7631.2-87 HM-46 hydraulic oil, which should be applied in the temperature from -10℃ to 40℃.
2. If the machine works 8 hours a day, please check the condition of the hydraulic oil after it has worked consecutively for 3500 to 4000 hours. Add or change the oil properly after the inspection.
3. If you want to use another type of hydraulic oil, please clean up the oil tank thoroughly. Never run the machine with mixing oil.
