| 產(chǎn)品詳情 我公司產(chǎn)M7480P立軸圓臺(tái)平面磨床，以砂瓦端面進(jìn)行磨削，是一種高效率，精密穩(wěn)定的加工機(jī)床。該機(jī)床主要用來(lái)磨削毛坯及一般精密的大型零件，特別適用于冶金、鋸片、汽車(chē)、拖拉車(chē)、工具，軸承等行業(yè)對(duì)大型零件的磨削加工。 機(jī)床在提高床身和立式磨頭剛性作了較大改進(jìn)。立柱采用三點(diǎn)調(diào)整，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，工作臺(tái)為圓形強(qiáng)力電磁吸盤(pán)，磁力平滑可調(diào)，精度穩(wěn)定。功率大，充退磁控制器控制，并配有冷卻液凈化裝置等特點(diǎn)。 本磨床的功能：通過(guò)交流伺服系統(tǒng)控制磨頭升降與工作臺(tái)旋轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)工件磨削，可設(shè)置工件加工工藝參數(shù)，根據(jù)不同的工件設(shè)置不同的參數(shù)，通過(guò)不同參數(shù)設(shè)置可以輕松完成工件的加工，通過(guò)前期生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)的設(shè)定，后期生產(chǎn)過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)便完成工件的加工，使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)單化，既提高了生產(chǎn)效率，也減少了工件生產(chǎn)的差異性。 主要技術(shù)規(guī)格及參數(shù)
