HV870車(chē)鋁輪加工機(jī)在立式加工中心基礎(chǔ)上,引進(jìn)了的動(dòng)態(tài)剛性設(shè)計(jì)理念,優(yōu)化了移動(dòng)部件增強(qiáng)了主軸部件,使機(jī)床剛性更強(qiáng),快速響應(yīng)特性更佳等特點(diǎn)。
本機(jī)床標(biāo)配X、Y、Z三個(gè)聯(lián)動(dòng)進(jìn)給軸及BT40-15000m高速直聯(lián)主軸。可用于加工28寸及以下的驕車(chē)鋁輪系列。標(biāo)配自動(dòng)換刀系統(tǒng),在一次裝夾中可連續(xù)完成銑鉆、鉸、刮等精確加工,實(shí)現(xiàn)加工程序化,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,從而使用戶獲得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
本機(jī)床適用于轎車(chē)鋁輪轂的機(jī)械加工同時(shí)也廣泛應(yīng)用于高精模具汽車(chē)零部件、航空航天件、件、五金件等各種機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的加工。
