中心孔研磨機是設(shè)計用來進行工件中心孔的研磨作業(yè)，主要目的是在工件進行後續(xù)之外圓研磨作業(yè)時能確保加工之後的精度。
中心孔研磨機的研磨模式有兩種：工件旋轉(zhuǎn)研磨模式以及砂輪行星軸旋轉(zhuǎn)研磨模式，可以輕易達成各類研磨要求。中心孔研磨機設(shè)計以簡單操作、容易維護為主，高品質(zhì)、高精度是主新德多年來的一貫堅持。
- 行星軸與自轉(zhuǎn)軸設(shè)計：砂輪主軸具備兩種模式設(shè)計，除了自轉(zhuǎn)模式還有行星旋轉(zhuǎn)模式，搭載變頻器之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主軸自轉(zhuǎn)模式下轉(zhuǎn)速可依照需求調(diào)整從 8000 到 20000 rpm。
- 砂輪主軸輸出功率 15 HP。
- 行星旋轉(zhuǎn)模式主軸輸出功率 100W。
- 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂輪尺寸直徑 ?25 mm 以及 ?32mm。
