1、機(jī)床主傳動系統(tǒng)采用*的多檔機(jī)械變速一電氣無級調(diào)速方式，使主軸實(shí)現(xiàn)較大范圍無級調(diào)速.主傳動電機(jī)采用德國西門子交流主軸電機(jī)，啟動扭矩大。具有主軸定向功能。
2、采取數(shù)字式電液比例控制，保證滑枕平衡，滿足機(jī)床主軸伸出后的精度要求;
裝于方滑枕后部的兩個液壓油缸實(shí)現(xiàn)方滑枕變形補(bǔ)償方法。
3、滑座、滑枕、主軸箱導(dǎo)軌采用多點(diǎn)關(guān)閉式靜壓導(dǎo)軌，動、靜摩擦系數(shù)相當(dāng).保證了進(jìn)給時低速無爬行。
4.機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)采用德國西門子公司生產(chǎn)的全數(shù)字840D CNC系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)給電機(jī)采用西門子數(shù)字交流服伺電機(jī)。
5、采用可調(diào)節(jié)螺旋毛細(xì)管靜壓節(jié)流阻尼結(jié)構(gòu),調(diào)整方便，占用空間小。
