機(jī)械特點(diǎn) Standard type

一、根據(jù)底座結(jié)構(gòu)不同分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型與回轉(zhuǎn)型

a.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型：可做二度空間回轉(zhuǎn)，雙頭從

0-90°皆可任意調(diào)整。

a.回轉(zhuǎn)型：不可回轉(zhuǎn)二度空間角度

雙頭可任意調(diào)整彎管角度從0-185°,但必須考慮取料問題a

二、采PLC控制，方便操作，易于維護(hù)。

三、可分全循環(huán)，半循環(huán)，選擇操作。

四、可依不同材料外徑，依其大小選擇1次1支 或2支以上的操作。

五、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配件：模具一組、擋尺一組。

1、it can be divided into standard type and rotated type according to the difference of base structure.

a、standard type: the secondary space angle is not rotatory. The double-head can adjust bending angle of tube from 0 to 185 by random, but the material should be considered.

b、Rotatory type: the secondary space angle is rotatory. The double-head can adjust from 0 to 90 by random.

2、it adopts PLC control for convenient operation and easy maintenance.

3、optional operation with full circulation or semi circulation.

4、you can choose the operation of 1 or more two pieces at a time according to the outer diameter of different materials.

5、standard accessories: a group of mould, a group of block foot.
