性能特點(diǎn)

J23系列壓力機(jī)是普通型開(kāi)式可傾壓力機(jī)，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，性能可靠，可采用剛性轉(zhuǎn)鍵式離合器，使用維修方便。可裝有緊急制動(dòng)裝置，可以使滑塊急停在0-135度范圍內(nèi)，并可配置光電保護(hù)器。其中J23-100B、J23-125采用鑄鐵機(jī)身，曲軸縱置，偏心套結(jié)構(gòu)形成可調(diào)，氣動(dòng)摩擦離合器，工作平穩(wěn)，沖擊小，可以使滑塊停在任何位置。
J21S系列壓力機(jī)是加大喉口深度的開(kāi)式固定臺(tái)壓力機(jī)，工作空間大，廣泛適用于大尺寸板料的沖壓加工。
均采用鋼板焊接機(jī)身，強(qiáng)度和剛度都很高，采用剛性轉(zhuǎn)鍵式離合器，操作維修方便。可選裝緊急制動(dòng)裝置，能使滑塊急停在0度-135度范圍內(nèi)，J21S-100、160采用曲軸縱放結(jié)構(gòu)、氣動(dòng)摩擦離合器、六面體矩形導(dǎo)輥、上提式氣動(dòng)平衡裝置等，可方便搭配各種沖壓、周邊設(shè)備，屬于深頸系列的高檔機(jī)型。

Performances and features

J23 series are general open-tilting power press with simple strcture, reliable performance and easy operation. J23 can adopt rigid turn-key clutch. So, it is convenient for operation and maintenance. J23 can also adopt emergency stop device to make the slider block suddenly stop on the range of 0°~135°ａnd the electrical protector device is optional. J23-100B and J23-125 are specially among the J23 series. Their main body is cast in iron. The cranked axle is setlled vertically. Eccentric sleeve makes easy adjustment. And there is also pneumatic friction clutch. Therefore, J23-100B and J23-125 enable to work with small impact and sationarity and make slider block stop at any position.
J21S series are open style power press with deepened throat, fixed bed and large work space which are applicable to punch large-size plate.
The structure of main body is all steel-welded with great strength and rigidty. They adopts rigid turn-key clutch and they are convenient for operation and maintenance. The emergency stop device is optional to make the slider block suddenly stop on the range of 0°~135°. Especially, J21S-100 、160 use vertical structure of cranked axle, pneumatic friction clutch, hexahedral rectangular roller guide, lifting-up pneumatic balance device and also can be esily adopted other various pressing and related equipments. So, they are among the top grade of the deep throat power press series.
