性能與特點(diǎn)
q 該機(jī)采用鋼板焊結(jié)構(gòu)，振動(dòng)時(shí)效消除應(yīng)力；
q 液壓傳動(dòng)，蓄能器回程；
q 采用三點(diǎn)支承滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌，提高了剪切質(zhì)量；
q 矩形刀片，四個(gè)刃口均可使用，使用壽命長；
q 刀口間隙快速同步調(diào)整，有刻度盤指示；
q 剪切角度可調(diào)；
q 后擋料尺寸及剪切次數(shù)有數(shù)字顯示；
q 具有燈光照明裝置，方便手工劃線和剪切；
q 配有安全防護(hù)欄及光電后防護(hù)安全裝置。
Performance
q The frame is entirely welded with steel plates, and elimination of stress by VSR (Vibratory Stress Relief);
q Hydraulic drive, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator;
q It adopts three point supporting type rolling guideway to raise shearing precision;
q Rectangle knife which has four blades has a lasting life;
q The portable and prompt adjustment of the blades gap and the value of gap are indicated by digital, convenient and fast;
q The shearing angle can be adjusted;
q The display devices of the back gauge value and the shearing times are on the front of the machine;
q Equipped of lighting, so as to align when shearing;
q Safe fence and electric rear protective for the machine tool to ensure the operation safety.
