耐力準精密齒輪機械有限公司以40多年來在機械製造所累積的豐富經(jīng)驗，培育厚實創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能量，產(chǎn)製 :蝸桿螺桿自動精密滾切削機 HIGH PRECISION AUTOMATIC ROLLING CUTTING MACHINE、小型臥式自動精密滾齒機 MINI TYPE AUTO-PRECISION HORIZONTAL GEAR HOBBING MACHINE 系列機種。耐力準為因應業(yè)務日益成長，原有廠房已不敷使用，於日前擴增新廠，廠址位於臺中縣太平市東平路94-1號。CNC 蝸桿/螺桿自動精密滾切削機因應市埸需求，新研製重型 CNC 齒條滾切機，滾刀 M5 可接納一次成型四齒切削，效率大幅提升。工作臺7米長，加工範圍6米，切削模數(shù)達 M12、一次切削 M1?12、二次切削為 M13?15。直式及斜度30度皆可切削加工。陸續(xù)硏發(fā)出精密齒輪及蝸桿/螺桿加工設(shè)備如 CNC 齒輪式插床、NC 蝸桿螺桿自動精密滾切削機、CNC 花鍵銑床、CNC 螺桿自動精密重切削滾牙機及 CNC 臥式自動精密滾齒機等。將著手開發(fā) CNC 齒條研磨機，為三米至六米長之規(guī)格。滿足業(yè)者需求。

Key type numerical control & fully automatic working.
Easy to input programs, and the operator is no need of special training.
Have auto emergency stop device and can work continuously or return to work beginning point.
There is a memory device in controller.
Have Self-inspecting program. So if internal data is disturbed. It will snow the word -ERROR- and stop working to protect the system.
If the data you set is wrong.it will also show the word -ERROR- and stop working to protect the system.

CHARACTERISTCS

Through the use of a brake motor, ram position can easily to obtained with the push button panel.
The ram sliding ways and driving gears have been hardened and precision ground.
All working components of the machine are lubricated by a central forced lubricating system, automatically.
Under step motor driving and computer control, the work table can feed in Y axis and index automatically by programs setting In case that the computer is breakdown, a manual operation can be optional.
Ram motion is linkage transmitted.
Ram cam swivel 10° forward to finish a tapered hole work piece.
Machine frame is constructed of high tensile cast iron, tempered to prevent deformation.
A automatically hydraulic tool lining and work table clamping device are provided.
Worktable slide ways & screw have built with telescopic cover and centralized lubricating system to prolong the life of the machine.
Indexing worm wheel adopts of aluminium bronze under precision processing. The worm is processed by heat treatment and ground precisely, and the gap can be adjusted freely high precision of index, and durable for long service.
The center bore of working table is enlarged and deepened to process for the long shaft.
