我公司可按標準GB/T6409.2-2009提供各種金屬結合劑超硬材料砂輪， 直徑范圍：ф6~500mm，砂輪厚度：0.05~300mm，磨料粒度：30/35~W3.5，并可根據(jù)用戶要求設計和制造各種非標磨具。

The features of the metal bond products are high efficiency, good selfsharpening,high stock removal, strong hold and good abrasion resistance.

ZZSM is able to provide metal bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the standard GB/T6409.2-2009. 適用加工材料：

金屬結合劑金剛石系列：主要用于加工石英晶體、硬質合金、陶瓷、玻璃、復合片、寶石、鐵氧體、耐火材料及熱噴涂工件等。

金屬結合劑立方氮化硼系列：主要用于加工高速鋼、工具鋼、模具鋼、不銹鋼及鈦合金等。

Application

Metal bond diamond products: Mainly used for machining quartz crystal,tungsten carbide, ceramics, glass, composite, sapphire, ferrite, refractory,thermal spraying materials and so on.

Metal bond CBN products: Mainly used for machining high speed steel, tool steel, mould steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on.
