CRANKSHAFT MILLING N20 CM | N30 CM
The NILES-SIMMONS Cranks-haft Mil-ling Cen-tres N20 CM and N30 CM are based on the modu-lar buil-ding-block sys-tem of the N?series. Two sym-metri-cally arran-ged tool spind-les with elec-tro-ni-cally syn-chro-ni-zed tor-que dri-ves and two com-pact and power-ful mil-ling units ensure rough and finish mil-ling ope-ra-ti-ons on cranks-haft main and pin bea-ring jour-nals by means of these mil-ling cen-ters. Elec-tro-nic gear-box and high pre-cision inter-po-la-tion of spindle sys-tems as well as spe-cial com-pen-sa-tion stra-te-gies enable pro-cess capa-ble manu-fac-ture of high pre-cision bea-ring geometries.
