反張?zhí)淄矈A頭的中心元件是夾固環(huán)，傳統(tǒng)型套筒是以彈簧鋼硬化制成，但材質(zhì)較軟，無法有效夾持工件。HAINBUCH的夾固環(huán)是以強韌的鉻鉬鋼，熱處理HRC60，精密研磨完成。全部握持面皆為一體成形，十分堅固。每個單片由特殊橡膠材料硫化連結(jié)，具高度彈性且有較大的夾持范圍，能有效夾持工件，不易松脫，而且更具防屑、防水效果，更能確保加工質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。可以重覆快速換模，重現(xiàn)夾持精度0.005mm，不需要作修整與車削，精度一直保持。
