刮削滾光機是加工液壓缸缸筒內(nèi)徑的設(shè)備，與原有的珩磨加
工方式相比較，可大大提高其品質(zhì)和效率。
The scraping and burnishing machine is the device to process inner
diameter of hydraulic cylinder. Compared with original honing style,
it can largely rise up quality and efficiency.

◆缸筒內(nèi)徑光潔度能夠達到Ra=0.08-0.2μm，加工質(zhì)量極
其優(yōu)秀，大幅度減少液壓缸活塞的磨損，提高了液壓缸的
壽命。
◆特別是能夠高精度加工液壓缸內(nèi)徑，使其能夠達到內(nèi)徑公
差I(lǐng)T8級以上的要求，并通過液壓內(nèi)徑方式使其表面硬度比
珩磨方式地加50%以上。

Ra=0.08~0.02μm therefore processing quality is excellent. It
can greatly reduce wearing of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder

with high precision to reach the requirement of tolerance over IT8
Class while the surface hardness processed by hydraulic inner
diameter can increase over 50% if compared with processing in
honing style.
