1、刀具剛性好，能進(jìn)行高效率的加工。

HRF10極超微粒鉆石鎢鋼:

具有極為優(yōu)秀的耐磨耗性能，但抗沖擊性能略差。適用于調(diào)質(zhì)或淬火等高硬度材料（HRC45°~65°）的中低速或要求具有較高的耐磨性能及有色金屬等各類材料的中低速輕切削加工。一般用于良好的工況、穩(wěn)定的切削、優(yōu)良的零件裝夾及持續(xù)的輕型加工。相應(yīng)ISO K10。

PR40:極超微粒鉆石鎢鋼:

泛用型，可用于HRC≤28°各類材料的中低速粗切削至精切削加工，具有較為優(yōu)秀的抗沖擊性能和一般的耐磨耗性能，應(yīng)用范圍廣。一般用于較厚的切削量、間斷切削及較差的零件夾緊。涂層后效果較佳，可加工至HRC50°的各類材料，相應(yīng)ISO K20。相應(yīng)一般鎢鋼，具有1~2倍的使用壽命和極優(yōu)秀的耐沖擊性能。

HRF10
ultra micro-grain quality carbide, has excellent wear resistance, but its impact resistance is not so good. It is applicable for medium and low speed cutting of high hardness materials(HRC45°-65°) requiring thermal refining and quenching or for various materials having higher wear resistance and non-ferrous metal. Generally it is applied in good working condition/stable cutting/excellent part fixing and continuous light machining. Corresponding to ISO K10.

PR40：

super micro-grain diamond tungsten steel, extensively applied, it can be applied in medium speed cutting and finish cutting of various materials with HRC≤28°. It has excellent impact resistance and general wear resistance, and has extensive application. Generally, it is applied for thicker cutting, discontinuous cutting and bad part fixture. After being coated, it has better result, can machine various materials of HRC50°. Comparing with ISOK20&general tungsten steel, it has 1-2 times lifetime and excellent wear resistance
