產(chǎn)品詳情 產(chǎn)品名稱 TC-3退磁器 尺寸 400×600mm 功率 1—2kw 退磁效果 < 0.2mT 工作持續(xù)率（80-100）% 工作電壓 AC220V 產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介 TC-3型退磁器是一種大型強(qiáng)力平板式高效退磁器，可以連續(xù)不間斷使用，裝有微型通風(fēng)裝置，因而退磁效果好、工作持續(xù)率高，退磁效與連續(xù)工作性能都達(dá)到并超過了國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品。 該產(chǎn)品適用于要求連續(xù)精密退磁作業(yè)的各個(gè)行業(yè)，尤其是軸承及工具等機(jī)械制造行業(yè)。它即可以用于生產(chǎn)流水線上做為工序間退磁使用，也可以用于產(chǎn)成品最終出廠前退磁使用。 使用說明 把引線插頭插入退磁器的插座后，引線與斷路器或其它開關(guān)聯(lián)接，輸入220V交流電，即可進(jìn)行退磁操作。 操作時(shí)，工件在退磁工作臺(tái)上勻速慢慢移動(dòng)，也可往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。小型工件放在工作面上不動(dòng)或手動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)。 對(duì)于工件兩面都有剩磁時(shí)，應(yīng)注意對(duì)工件進(jìn)行兩面退磁。 退磁完畢，需把工件放得離退磁器遠(yuǎn)一些（>1.5m），以免工件再次被磁化，使用完畢應(yīng)及出廠產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 時(shí)切斷電源。 退磁效果：〈0.2mT (試件:40×40×100軸承或合金鋼) 絕緣電阻:≥50MΩ 接地電阻：< 0.3Ω 通電試驗(yàn)：連續(xù)通電4小時(shí)，溫升小于80℃ 工作電流：無負(fù)載時(shí)， TC-3： 7 A |
