Perfectly balanced high-accuracy crossrail
The balance pressure of the W axis is linearly controlled according to the position of the spindle head, and the crossrail is always kept horizontal. The accuracy can be maintained for a long time by minimizing the load applied to the ball screw.
Hydrostatic slideway is employed for X ? Y ? Z axes
The hydrostatic slideway provides a permanent oil film, thus facilitating a non-contact slideway. Because of that, it minimizes the frictional force and enables positioning with high-accuracy.
