JT-860-D高速數(shù)控雕銑中心主要針對大中型鋼模、銅模、鋁模的高速加工，采用高精密直線導(dǎo)軌、C3級滾珠絲桿及P4級軸承，具有高轉(zhuǎn)速、精度高，加工速度快的特點。采用高剛性龍門式設(shè)計，在保證高速切削的同時，可以部分取代數(shù)控銑床（電腦鑼）的加工。適用于汽車工業(yè)、家電業(yè)、注塑模具、五金模具、雕刻模具業(yè).如：汽車輪胎、車燈模、紫銅電極、鞋模、玩具模、工藝品、精細沖模.燙金模具、高頻模具、壓花輪模具、石墨、壓鑄造模具等。
機床特結(jié)構(gòu)：*橫梁采用三導(dǎo)軌支撐結(jié)構(gòu)，提升機床的剛性和運動穩(wěn)定性，保證精度。*X.Z軸配置6顆滑塊支撐，大大提高了機頭傳動穩(wěn)固性并提升剛性，保證精度。
JT-860-D Model Dragon-door Style High-speed Milling Machine mainly aims at the high-speed processing of large, middle-sized steel mould, copper mould and aluminum. It uses high exact line guide orbit, C3-grade ball rod and P4-grade bearing, with the features of high rotation speed, high precision and fast processing speed. It uses high rigidity dragon-door style design. Ensure high-peed cutting, at the same time, replace the shortcomings of the low rotation speed and processed products' bad smoothness of numerical control milling machine (computer gong).
