TCK680新一代平床身數(shù)控車床
TCK680采用獨立主軸、雙三角導(dǎo)軌、中置絲桿、X向超大行程，精度與切削性兼容。主電機與主軸以1:3的大減速比傳輸動力，選用11KW的交流伺服電機，切削力強勁。針對特定盤類零件(汽車剎車盤、閥門、各種齒輪等)一次裝夾完成車一一鉆、 車--磨等工藝， 實現(xiàn)工序復(fù)合,提高加工效率，穩(wěn)定了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
TCK680 adopts independent spindle, double triangular guide rail, center screw rod, X- direction super stroke,
with accuracy compatible with cutting performance. The main motor and the main shaft transmit power with a
large reduction ratio of 1:3, and 11kw AC servo motor is selected, which has strong cutting force. In view of the
specific disc parts(brake disc, valve, various gears, etc.), the process of car drilling, car grinding, etc. is
completed by clamping once, so as to realize the process combination, improve the processing efficiency and
stabilize the product quality.
TCK400采用獨立主軸、中置絲桿、X向超大行程，精度與切削性兼容。X/Z向采用線軌，速度快,效率高，動態(tài)相應(yīng)快，實現(xiàn)準確插補，提升曲面切削性能。平床身的價格，斜床身的性能。水箱、切削盤各自獨立，與床腳*分離,大大方便了倒削和換切削液的工作。可選配后置自動排削器。
