The IWK 6000 machines are High Performance 4 axis horizontal machining centers designed for intricate and complex machining of ferrous & non-ferrous components, providing high flexibility, performance and consistent accuracy, now manufactured in the world class Starrag India, Bangalore facility. The focus is to get triple benefits of productivity, quality & uptime, thus maximising customer’s OEE. The machine is designed with the proven German technology, with many innovative ideas such as Thermo Symmetric cast iron bed & column, heavy duty Tool Magazine, High torque High power Gear Box Spindle, with optional Integral Motor Spindle, Anti-gravity function for ‘Y’ axis and Direct Measurement of Axis position.
