AKM-ZHJ振鏡式激光焊接機原理介紹
由YAG固體激光器、激光電源、光學(xué)掃描系統(tǒng)、三維可調(diào)節(jié)工作臺、工控機系統(tǒng)、制冷系統(tǒng)、激光指示系統(tǒng),操作機柜等組成。在單點焊接時由于*地減少了空程定位時間,生產(chǎn)效率比普通激光點焊工效提高4-10倍。該設(shè)備采用高精度光學(xué)掃描振鏡,配合脈沖型激光器及光纖傳導(dǎo)組合成振鏡式焊接機。可對一些精細材料實現(xiàn)快速焊接,操作簡單、性能穩(wěn)定。
It consists of YAG solid-state laser, laser power supply, optical scanning system, three-dimensional adjustable worktable, industrial computer system, refrigeration system, laser indicator system, operating cabinet and so on. In single spot welding, the efficiency of production is 4-10 times higher than that of conventional laser spot welding due to greatly reducing the idle positioning time. The equipment adopts high precision optical scanning galvanometer, combined with pulse laser and optical fiber conduction to form galvanometer welding machine. It can realize fast welding for some fine materials with simple operation and stable performance.
