AKM-CHJ光纖連續(xù)式激光焊接機(jī)工作原理
主要由光纖激光器連續(xù)工作,產(chǎn)生高質(zhì)量光束,用于薄壁材料的快速焊接,激光焊接屬于熱傳導(dǎo)型焊接,通過激光輻射加熱工件,控制激光參數(shù)使工件熔化形成熔池,實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接,可將熱量降到的需要量,熱影響區(qū)變化范圍小,且因熱傳導(dǎo)所導(dǎo)致的變形。整機(jī)設(shè)備CCD可視系統(tǒng),隨時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)焊接系統(tǒng)、隨時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)焊接過程。光纖激光器是新一代近紅外光譜范圍半導(dǎo)體泵浦的脈沖光纖激光器,它具有良好的光束質(zhì)量,光纖輸出和高的電光轉(zhuǎn)換效率等特點(diǎn),主要用于焊接薄壁材料和快速焊接,焊接過程屬熱傳導(dǎo)型,即激光輻射加熱工件表面,表面熱量通過熱傳導(dǎo)向內(nèi)部擴(kuò)散,通過控制激光脈沖的寬度、能量、峰值功率和重復(fù)頻率等參數(shù),使工件熔化,形成特定的熔池。由于其*的特點(diǎn),已成功大量應(yīng)用于微、小型零件焊接中。
