 五大鑄件采用GB300高級樹脂砂鑄件,經(jīng)回處理及震動與自然時效處理消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力。
The five major castings adopt advanced GB300 resin sand castings, which eliminatethe internal stress after tempering, vibration and natural aging treatment .
三軸無墊塊,軸承座與機(jī)體間以研磨與鏟花配合,確保絲桿三點(diǎn)同心度的精度保持。
Three axis have no pad bilck. Both grinding and scraping are used between the bearing seat and the body to ensure the three point concentricity accuracy of the screw rod.
低機(jī)身和龍門式床身結(jié)構(gòu),使機(jī)床穩(wěn)定性更高。
