1769-L33ERMOS/ABPLC拆機(jī)件
在現(xiàn)代煙氣脫硫技術(shù)中,存在干法、濕法兩種脫硫方法;本文所涉及的這套控制系統(tǒng)是基于濕法中的雙堿法脫硫技術(shù)而制作的。山東菏明石化6#、7#爐所使用的這套脫硫電氣控制系統(tǒng)是由筆者自行設(shè)計(jì)的,設(shè)計(jì)這套控制系統(tǒng)的目的在于:
(1)方便運(yùn)行人員的操作,由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存在很多零碎的設(shè)備:渣漿泵、攪拌機(jī)、循環(huán)泵、控制閥、灰?guī)斓龋\(yùn)行人員要想做到有的放矢、從容不迫就需要一個(gè)靈活的操作空間;
(2)plc控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用減少了這些零碎設(shè)備的事故發(fā)生率,減少了脫硫運(yùn)行成本;
(3)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,方便存儲(chǔ)記錄,達(dá)到自動(dòng)運(yùn)行和手動(dòng)相結(jié)合的效果。

開(kāi)發(fā)新能源和可再生資源是*面臨的共同課題,在新能源中,太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電已成為發(fā)展的技術(shù)。太陽(yáng)能作為一種清潔無(wú)污染的能源,開(kāi)發(fā)前景十分廣闊。然而由于太陽(yáng)存在著間隙性,光照強(qiáng)度隨著時(shí)間不斷變化等問(wèn)題,這對(duì)太陽(yáng)能的收集和利用裝置提出了更高的要求。目前很多太陽(yáng)能電池板陣列基本都是固定的,不能充分利用太陽(yáng)能資源,發(fā)電效率低下。據(jù)測(cè)試,在太陽(yáng)能電池板陣列中,相同條件下采用自動(dòng)跟蹤系統(tǒng)發(fā)電設(shè)備要比固定發(fā)電設(shè)備的發(fā)電量提高35%左右。
