羅克韋爾自動化網(wǎng)絡從結構上看,一個典型的控制系統(tǒng)由三層網(wǎng)絡組成,即信息層、控制層和設備層。但各層之間可靈活運用:在設備層的DeviceNet除連接現(xiàn)場設備外同時還可以是I/O,同樣在ControlNet同時也可以是現(xiàn)場設備,ControlNet網(wǎng)也可以用EtherNet來實現(xiàn)。
五、調試、問題和解決
由于此系統(tǒng)站點數(shù)以及I/O量較大,我們采用分段的方法,將整個系統(tǒng)按工藝區(qū)分兩部分調試。每工藝區(qū)有由中控室往外站點逐一連通,分站點調試。ProcessLogix部分先調試服務器,然后調試工作站,ControlNet調試完成后調試DeviceNet。
調試過程中問題是難免的,主要有ControlLogix、網(wǎng)絡以及ProcessLogix方面的問題。
