3.5 我廠的順序控制系統(tǒng)流程較為復雜,90年代前期所用常規(guī)的繼電器硬線控制方式規(guī)模龐大、維護困難、故障和事故發(fā)生機率較高,出現故障后不利于查找并消除故障,設備隱患較多,在我廠采用傳統(tǒng)方式的繼電器順序控制方式,其安全生產記錄常常打破,我廠采用PLC控制后,不僅提高了設備可靠性,而且對設備的檢修維護都十分方便快捷,無需將機組及附屬設備退出運行即可解決,大大提高了工作效率,而安全生產記錄已接近3000天,創(chuàng)歷史高記錄。
