◎CONSTRUCTION 0F MACHINE:
The base, saddle, table, column and wheel head are made of high quality cast iron to ensure rigid grinding and to extend machine life.
◎重心穩(wěn)固、剛性強(qiáng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
底座、鞍座、工作臺(tái)、立柱及主軸座等鑄件采用高品質(zhì)鑄鐵，再經(jīng)弛力退火處理以消除鑄件之內(nèi)應(yīng)力，剛性強(qiáng)、不變形並保持精度穩(wěn)定。
◎SLIDEWAYS:
X and Y slide ways are coated with TURCITE - B and precisely handscraped allowing smoother movement & high accuracy.
◎滑軌輕巧、高精度
X，Y軸滑軌面探用先進(jìn)、低磨擦、耐磨耗之Turcite B (耐磨片)，並經(jīng)精密刮花作業(yè)處理，使用工作臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)輕巧，確保精度及耐久性。

◎SPINDLE:
The precision cartridge spindle is incorporated with P4 super precision angular contact ball bearings in a temperature controlled room to ensure the highest accuracy and superior grinding finish.
砂輪主軸
高精度彈筒式主軸，探用超精密(P4)軸承，在恒溫控制下預(yù)壓裝配，探用CNC主軸專用高級(jí)油脂，不需另外加油永遠(yuǎn)潤滑，且溫升小，防水防麈性佳，又主軸與馬達(dá)(V3級(jí))直結(jié)式，可減少機(jī)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)誤差。
