瑩瞬磨床工作臺面精度保證150×400mm(試磨片x6片，其高度差為0.002mm），研磨表面光潔度為Ra0.18，切溝槽之能力同向誤差100㎜，2μm內(nèi)。

2、高精度之直結式主軸high precision straight spindle
瑩瞬磨床主軸采用直結式設計，搭配CP4級精密斜角滾珠軸承、V3級低震動馬達與動平衡后，為普通型主軸之三倍剛性，直接安裝于機頭座上，更加強頭部之強度，保證主軸之偏轉遠低于0.002mm；為主軸在超精密磨屑中的精度保證及硬質(zhì)合金正切削時提供充足的動力。
