臥式連續(xù)拉床采用臥式連續(xù)拉削加工方式，人工上料，自動落料，上下工件過程中無需停機(jī)，適用于大批量中小零件加工。夾具安裝于鏈條上，工件固定在夾具上隨鏈條作循環(huán)運(yùn)動，拉刀固定在機(jī)床上。工件的夾緊松開由機(jī)床的機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)。單臺機(jī)床中可裝夾多套夾具，通過更換夾具、拉刀、調(diào)整拉削速度實現(xiàn)多品種切換。

用途以及特點(diǎn)：

●本機(jī)床適用于中小零件的平面、曲面、齒形拉削加工。

●機(jī)床拉削速度無級可調(diào)，觸摸屏上可實時顯示拉削速度。

●電機(jī)可正反轉(zhuǎn)，在緊急情況下可讓電機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)。

●夾具安裝在鏈條上，采用楔塊夾緊及松開，切換品種時可無須更換夾具。

●機(jī)床采用觸摸屏和PLC控制。機(jī)床有防錯機(jī)構(gòu)、計數(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)，觸模屏上可設(shè)定拉削次數(shù)，一個計數(shù)周期完成時提示更換拉刀。上料區(qū)配置安全光幕，防止操作者發(fā)生意外。

Applications and Advantages:
Adopting continuous broaching method, this horizontal continuous broaching machine supports manual workpiece loading and automatic workpiece unloading without downtime. It is suitable for the mass production of small and medium-size parts. Workpieces can be fixed in the fixtures mounted on chain and they will circulate along the chain while broaching tool is fixed in the machine body. Workpieces can be clamped and unclamped through a mechanical unit. One set of machine allows to mount multiple fixtures. The exchange of different types of parts can be realized by changing fixtures, broaching tools and work speed.

● motor supports clockwise and anti-clockwise running. And anti-clockwise running is allowed in emergency.

● The machine is designed with touch screen, PLC control, mistake-proofing unit and counting mechanism. Broaching times can be set through touch screen. When a counting
cycle is finished, a warning of changing tools will be displayed. Workpiece loading area has safety light curtain to protect operator from accidents.
