該系列機(jī)床為全護(hù)送工件移動(dòng)式上拉床。
本系列拉床具有良好性價(jià)比，能全自動(dòng)完成工件各種內(nèi)孔、內(nèi)齒的拉削加工。廣泛用于汽車、拖拉機(jī)、摩托車、機(jī)械設(shè)備等零部件的高精度加工。在拉削過程中采用拉刀固定、工件運(yùn)動(dòng)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)全護(hù)送(即拉削工件時(shí)，下夾頭夾緊拉刀前刀柄不松開、上夾頭套住拉刀后刀柄外圓，直至工件拉削快完成時(shí)，上夾頭才退出后刀柄)。機(jī)床選用全新的直線導(dǎo)軌副實(shí)現(xiàn)拉刀接刀或送刀，保證機(jī)床的拉削精度。機(jī)床具有*的操作系統(tǒng)，通過人機(jī)界面能顯示出*的移動(dòng)位置以及拉削速度或返回速度，同時(shí)可任意設(shè)定拉削距離，拉削速度可在操作屏上通過觸摸鍵任意設(shè)定。
