特點(diǎn)：

1、伺服控制器控制,液壓傳動(dòng)控制,伺服電機(jī)一行星減速機(jī)一滾珠絲杠驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),箱形框架構(gòu)件

2、臥式磨頭以磨削水平平面為主(亦可磨削90°V形軌的斜面)。

3、立式磨頭(液壓鎖緊),以磨削側(cè)平面為主,調(diào)整角度,亦可磨削任何角度的∨形軌及燕尾槽等斜面。

4、龍門式框架,由雙立柱、橫梁及床身組成封閉式剛性結(jié)構(gòu)。

5、橫梁為矩形階梯式導(dǎo)軌,力學(xué)性能好,剛性強(qiáng)

6、臥式磨頭采用獲得國家的動(dòng)靜壓主軸,立式磨頭采用滾動(dòng)軸承

7、工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)無級(jí)調(diào)速,運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn),噪音小,獨(dú)立液壓站裝有油溫風(fēng)冷裝置。工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)速度及定距,可遠(yuǎn)程控制,無級(jí)調(diào)速,并有點(diǎn)動(dòng)和自動(dòng)功能。

8、由自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑裝置進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑。若缺油可自動(dòng)停機(jī)并報(bào)警。
