全系鞍座移動(dòng)式數(shù)控平面磨床，可以選配二軸（YZ）或者三軸（XYZ）數(shù)控。全數(shù)字控制系統(tǒng)可選擇新代、西門(mén)子或者法那科等品牌。
2-axis(YZ) or 3-axis(XYZ) CNC control can be choosed for saddle moving grinder. SYNTEC,SIEMENS, FANUC controller are recommended.
精心設(shè)計(jì)的全封閉護(hù)罩，配有開(kāi)關(guān)。不單賦予機(jī)器宜人外觀，更提供操作空間。
Elaborately-designed closed safe guard with safety-switch,not only have good appearance but also safety operating field.
高精度、免維護(hù)主軸單元，支承采用超精密角接觸軸承，V3低振動(dòng)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)。
Precision grind spindle with preload high precision angular ball bearing and drive by V3motor,runs in maintenance-free, low vibration, and no noise.
CNC-2:二軸數(shù)控，YZ軸采用滾珠絲桿、伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，X軸采用液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)。
CNC-3:三軸數(shù)控，XYZ軸采用滾珠絲桿、伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。
CNC-2 model: YZ axis numerical control and linkaged, drove by AC servo motor and ball screw. X axis drove by hydraulic.
CNC-3 model: XYZ axis numerical control and linkaged, drove by AC servo motor and ball screw.
