在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中需要用到多種零部件，其中加工時(shí)用來迅速緊固工件就是工裝夾具，它是使機(jī)床、*、工件保持正確相對(duì)位置的工藝裝置。簡(jiǎn)單點(diǎn)說，工裝夾具是指制造過程中所用的各種工具的總稱，可分為工裝/通用工裝/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工裝，是用以裝夾工件(或引導(dǎo)*)的裝置。用夾具固定產(chǎn)品及工具，以固定用臺(tái)鉗及夾持具等來固定產(chǎn)品及工具，以解放人手從而進(jìn)行雙手作業(yè)。
檢具通常由三部分組成:
-骨架和底座部分；
-型體部分；
-功能件(功能件包括: 快速夾頭,定位銷,檢測(cè)銷, 移動(dòng)式間隙滑塊,測(cè)量表,型面卡板等) 。
檢具的骨架和底座：
檢具：鑄鋁底板、鋁合金型材。
型體部分
大中型檢具（檢具重量>=20KG）: 由可加工的非金屬樹脂材料組成(BM5166 或WB-1600)
小型檢具（檢具重量<20KG）: 鋁合金
同一檢具上不允許使用兩種以上型號(hào)的樹脂材料。
