舊國標(biāo)將應(yīng)用對象和使用環(huán)境條件*不同的“稱重”和“測力”兩種傳感器合二為一來考慮,對試驗和評價方法未給予區(qū)分。舊國標(biāo)共有21項指標(biāo),均在常溫下進(jìn)行試驗;并用非線性、滯后誤差、重復(fù)性誤差、蠕變、零點溫度附加誤差以及額定輸出溫度附加誤差6項指標(biāo)中的zui大誤差,來確定稱重傳感器準(zhǔn)確度等級,分別用0.02、0.03、0.05表示。

光柵式傳感器利用光柵形成的莫爾條紋把角位移轉(zhuǎn)換成光電信號(圖2)。光柵有兩塊,一為固定光柵,另一為裝在表盤軸上的移動光柵。加在承重臺上的被測物通過傳力杠桿系統(tǒng)使表盤軸旋轉(zhuǎn),帶動移動光柵轉(zhuǎn)動,使莫爾條紋也隨之移動。利用光電管、轉(zhuǎn)換電路和顯示儀表,即可計算出移過的莫爾條紋數(shù)量,測出光柵轉(zhuǎn)動角的大小,從而確定和讀出被測物質(zhì)量。
