碼盤式傳感器 的碼盤(符號(hào)板)是一塊裝在表盤軸上的透明玻璃,上面帶有按一定編碼方法編定的黑白相間的代碼。加在承重臺(tái)上的被測物通過傳力杠桿使表盤軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),碼盤也隨之轉(zhuǎn)過一定角度。光電池將透過碼盤接受光信號(hào)并轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),然后由電路進(jìn)行數(shù)字處理,zui后在顯示器上顯示出代表被測質(zhì)量的數(shù)字。光電式傳感器曾主要用在機(jī)電結(jié)合秤上。

它利用電容器振蕩電路的振蕩頻率f與極板間距d 的正比例關(guān)系工作 。極板有兩塊,一塊固定不動(dòng),另一塊可移動(dòng)。在承重臺(tái)加載被測物時(shí),板簧撓曲,兩極板之間的距離發(fā)生變化,電路的振蕩頻率也隨之變化。測出頻率的變化即可求出承重臺(tái)上被測物的質(zhì)量。電容式傳感器耗電量少,造價(jià)低,準(zhǔn)確度為1/200~1/500。

1、敏感元件
直接感受被測量(質(zhì)量)并輸出與被測量有確定關(guān)系的其他量的元件。如電阻應(yīng)變式稱重傳感器的彈性體,是將被測物體的質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾巫?/span>;電容式稱重傳感器的彈性體將被測的質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槲灰?/span>。
2、變換元件
又稱傳感元件,是將敏感元件的輸出轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸阌跍y量的信號(hào)。如電阻應(yīng)變式稱重傳感器的電阻應(yīng)變計(jì)(或稱電阻應(yīng)變片),將彈性體的形變轉(zhuǎn)換為電阻量的變化;電容式稱重傳感器的電容器,將彈性體的位移轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娙萘康淖兓?/span>。有時(shí)某些元件兼有敏感元件和變換元件兩者的職能。如電壓式稱重傳感器的壓電材料,在外載荷的作用下,在發(fā)生變形的同時(shí)輸出電量。
3、測量元件
將變換元件的輸出變換為電信號(hào),為進(jìn)一步傳輸、處理、顯示、記錄或控制提供方便。如電阻應(yīng)變式稱重傳感器中的電橋電路,壓電式稱重傳感器的電荷前置放大器。
