美國(guó)泰樂(lè)TYLER進(jìn)口阻火器分為阻爆燃型、波紋型、抽屜型、網(wǎng)型、儲(chǔ)罐型等幾大類(lèi),其主要功能是允許易燃易爆的氣體通過(guò),對(duì)外界傳入儲(chǔ)罐的火焰起有阻止與窒息作用,防止外部火焰竄入存有易燃易爆氣體的設(shè)備、管道內(nèi)或阻止火焰在設(shè)備、管道間蔓延的產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)阻火器也可以使用在有明火設(shè)備的管線上,以防止回火事故。
應(yīng)用范圍-
阻火器適用于可燃?xì)怏w的汽油、煤油、輕柴油、笨、甲笨、原油、芳烴、硫、氫氧液化類(lèi)等管道或輸送可燃性氣體的管道上、火炬系統(tǒng)、易燃易爆溶劑系統(tǒng)、氣體凈化通化系統(tǒng)、氣體分析系統(tǒng)、油氣回收系統(tǒng)、煤礦瓦斯排放系統(tǒng)、加油站設(shè)備、加熱爐燃料氣的管網(wǎng)上,也可用在乙炔、甲烷、丙烷、乙烯氧氣、氮?dú)狻⑻烊粴狻⒄託狻⒎趴展艿馈U氣的管道上,同時(shí)可安裝在儲(chǔ)罐上與呼吸閥可以配套使用。
選型特點(diǎn)-
不同公稱(chēng)直徑的阻爆型阻火器,所要求的距火源zui小安裝距離要對(duì)襯;
選用阻火器其安全阻火速度應(yīng)大于安裝位置可能達(dá)到的火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣?
與燃燒器連接的可燃?xì)怏w輸送管道,在無(wú)其它防回火設(shè)施時(shí),應(yīng)設(shè)阻火器;
阻止以亞音速傳播的火焰,應(yīng)使用阻爆燃型阻火器,其安裝位置宜靠近火源;
阻止以音速或超音速傳播的火焰應(yīng)使用阻爆型阻火器,其安裝位置應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離火源;
在寒冷地區(qū)使用的阻火器,應(yīng)選用部分或整體帶加熱套的殼體,也可采用其它伴熱方式;
在特殊情況下,可根據(jù)需要選用設(shè)有沖洗管、壓力計(jì)、溫度計(jì)、排污口等接口的阻火器;
安裝于管端的阻火器,公稱(chēng)直徑小于50MM時(shí)采用螺紋連接; 公稱(chēng)直徑大于50MM時(shí),應(yīng)采用法蘭連接;
安裝于管道中的阻火器,應(yīng)采用法蘭連接;
安裝于管端的阻火器,應(yīng)帶有可自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟的防雨通風(fēng)罩;
儲(chǔ)罐之間氣相連通管道各支管上的阻火器應(yīng)選用阻爆型;
儲(chǔ)罐頂部的油氣排放管道,應(yīng)在與罐頂?shù)倪B接處選用阻爆型阻火器;

Application scope -

Selection characteristics -
