美國泰樂TYLER進口阻火器分為阻爆燃型、波紋型、抽屜型、網(wǎng)型、儲罐型等幾大類,其主要功能是允許易燃易爆的氣體通過，對外界傳入儲罐的火焰起有阻止與窒息作用,防止外部火焰竄入存有易燃易爆氣體的設備、管道內(nèi)或阻止火焰在設備、管道間蔓延的產(chǎn)品,同時阻火器也可以使用在有明火設備的管線上，以防止回火事故。

應用范圍-

阻火器適用于可燃氣體的汽油、煤油、輕柴油、笨、甲笨、原油、芳烴、硫、氫氧液化類等管道或輸送可燃性氣體的管道上、火炬系統(tǒng)、易燃易爆溶劑系統(tǒng)、氣體凈化通化系統(tǒng)、氣體分析系統(tǒng)、油氣回收系統(tǒng)、煤礦瓦斯排放系統(tǒng)、加油站設備、加熱爐燃料氣的管網(wǎng)上，也可用在乙炔、甲烷、丙烷、乙烯氧氣、氮氣、天然氣、沼氣、放空管道、廢氣的管道上,同時可安裝在儲罐上與呼吸閥可以配套使用。

選型特點-

不同公稱直徑的阻爆型阻火器，所要求的距火源zui小安裝距離要對襯;

選用阻火器其安全阻火速度應大于安裝位置可能達到的火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣?

與燃燒器連接的可燃氣體輸送管道，在無其它防回火設施時，應設阻火器;

阻止以亞音速傳播的火焰，應使用阻爆燃型阻火器，其安裝位置宜靠近火源;

阻止以音速或超音速傳播的火焰應使用阻爆型阻火器，其安裝位置應遠離火源;

在寒冷地區(qū)使用的阻火器，應選用部分或整體帶加熱套的殼體，也可采用其它伴熱方式;

在特殊情況下，可根據(jù)需要選用設有沖洗管、壓力計、溫度計、排污口等接口的阻火器;

安裝于管端的阻火器，公稱直徑小于50MM時采用螺紋連接; 公稱直徑大于50MM時，應采用法蘭連接;

安裝于管道中的阻火器，應采用法蘭連接;

安裝于管端的阻火器，應帶有可自動開啟的防雨通風罩;

儲罐之間氣相連通管道各支管上的阻火器應選用阻爆型;

儲罐頂部的油氣排放管道，應在與罐頂?shù)倪B接處選用阻爆型阻火器;

儲罐頂部保護性氣體及油氣排放管道的集合管上應選用阻爆型阻火器;

緊急放空管應設置阻爆燃型阻火器。

裝卸設施的油氣排放或回收總管與各支線的氣相管道之間應設置帶接管阻爆型阻火器;

可燃氣體放空管道在接入火炬前，若設置阻火器時，應選用阻爆型阻火器。

Selection characteristics -

The flame arrestor should be used on the collection tube of protective gas and oil and gas emission pipeline at the top of tank.
