| 產(chǎn)品說明 本柔性加工單元是由立式車削加工中心為主機(jī)，加上找正臺(tái)、傳遞臺(tái)、存儲(chǔ)臺(tái)和拖板系統(tǒng)組成。本單元采用了工件自動(dòng)測量和機(jī)內(nèi)對(duì)刀裝置，適用于零件種類變化大，單件或小批量的粗、精加工、，尤其適用于復(fù)雜形狀零件回轉(zhuǎn)面的加工、本機(jī)床具有高剛度、高精度、高效率等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，外形美觀，操作方便，宜人性好。自動(dòng)交換工作臺(tái)，能適應(yīng)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的需要，是電機(jī)、航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、造船等復(fù)雜零件加工的理想設(shè)備。本單元主機(jī)采用西門子或法那克數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，也可根據(jù)用戶需要選用其它系統(tǒng)。 |
